JackKnife AI builds privacy-first business automation systems. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit jackknifeai.com, contact us, or use our onboarding services.
We may receive information you choose to provide, including contact information, business details, onboarding answers, integration requirements, and materials you authorize us to use. Our servers also receive ordinary technical request data needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, and browser/network information.
We use information to respond to inquiries, design and operate contracted services, secure and troubleshoot systems, fulfill customer requests, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell customer personal information or use customer business data to build advertising profiles.
Our deployments are designed around explicit authorization and least privilege. Website discovery, integrations, infrastructure changes, and other agent actions are limited to scopes approved by the customer or an authorized operator. Where a customer chooses customer-controlled infrastructure, their data and credentials remain subject to that deployment arrangement.
We may use infrastructure, payment, email, model, security, and other service providers when required to deliver a service. We aim to minimize data shared with each provider and disclose material providers in customer agreements where appropriate. This website does not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. No system can guarantee perfect security; we use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we control, subject to legal and contractual requirements. Contact jackknifeai@gmail.com.
We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations evolve. The date above identifies the current version.
