Product descriptions, prices, capabilities, timelines, and examples are informational and may change as the platform evolves. A feature is not guaranteed for a particular customer unless it is included in an accepted service agreement.
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or submit information you do not have authority to provide. Customer-directed integrations and discovery must be authorized by the relevant system or data owner.
AI systems can make mistakes. JackKnife uses review gates, validation, and scoped authorization, but customers remain responsible for decisions that require professional, legal, tax, financial, safety, or regulatory judgment unless a separate agreement expressly assigns responsibility.
JackKnife software, branding, site content, and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. Customer data and customer-owned materials remain the customer’s, subject to the limited rights necessary to provide the contracted service.
We work to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability, warranties, support commitments, and service levels for paid work are defined in the applicable customer agreement.
